Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Open your booking confirmation email or SMS.

2. Click the "Manage Booking" link in the message.

3. Select "Cancel Booking" and confirm your cancellation.

4. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation with refund details via email.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during booking.

For UPI payments, refunds are typically faster (1-3 business days). Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

You'll receive an SMS and email notification once the refund is initiated and another when it's credited.

Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule your darshan up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge.

Rescheduling is subject to slot availability at the temple. You can reschedule up to 2 times per booking.

Festival and special event passes have a stricter cancellation policy due to high demand:

- Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund.

- Cancellations 3-7 days before: 50% refund.

- Cancellations less than 3 days before: No refund.

Free darshan passes can be cancelled at any time without any charges. We encourage devotees to cancel unused free passes so other pilgrims can benefit from the available slots.
