Please read these terms carefully before using the BhaktiPass platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BhaktiPass ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

BhaktiPass is operated by BhaktiPass Technologies Pvt. Ltd., registered in India.

2. Services

BhaktiPass provides a digital platform for:

  • Browsing information about temples across India
  • Booking digital darshan passes for partnered temples
  • Accessing temple timings, guidelines, and festival information
  • Managing bookings including rescheduling and cancellations

BhaktiPass acts as a facilitator between devotees and temple administrations. We do not control temple operations, timings, or darshan availability.

3. Booking & Passes

Pass Validity: Each darshan pass is valid only for the selected date, time slot, and temple. Passes are non-transferable.

QR Code: Your digital QR pass must be presented at the temple entrance. You may show it on your phone or carry a printout.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information during booking. Incorrect details may result in pass rejection at the temple.

Devotee Count: The number of devotees specified during booking must match the actual group visiting. Additional devotees will not be admitted on the same pass.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

BhaktiPass is not responsible for payment failures due to bank issues, insufficient funds, or network errors. Failed payments will not result in a confirmed booking.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. By booking a pass, you agree to the refund terms outlined therein.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of BhaktiPass, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate personal information
  • Follow the dress code and guidelines of each temple
  • Respect the sanctity and rules of the temple premises
  • Not misuse, resell, or duplicate darshan passes
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Temple Disclaimer

BhaktiPass provides information about temples in good faith. However:

  • Temple timings and availability may change without prior notice
  • Temples may restrict entry during special occasions or maintenance
  • BhaktiPass is not liable for any changes made by temple authorities
  • Darshan experience may vary based on crowd and temple conditions

In case of temple closure or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BhaktiPass — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of BhaktiPass Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws.

Temple images are used with permission from temple authorities or are sourced from public domain / creative commons.

9. Limitation of Liability

BhaktiPass shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from the use of our Platform
  • Temple closures, darshan delays, or restricted access
  • Personal injury or loss of belongings at temple premises
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
